Research Interests
    Advancing the ultra-precision light source technology from IR to EUV regime based on the optical comb of the femtosecond pulse laser, and its                    interdisciplinary applications including absolute distance metrology, time/frequency standards, coherent optical metrology and 
nano/micro fabrication.
